The Console War - Still about the games

Read any blog or gaming site and you’ll hear how the Sony beats Microsoft because it’s processor is so much more powerful or how the Wii sales means it’s the next generation king of the consoles.
What’s missing is how the consoles have done in context of the games released. If you look at the […]

My thoughts on 2k Legends Football

Bill Harris, of Dubious Quality, made a good post regarding All Pro 2k8 mentioning how important Legends are to their original teams. While I agree with this, I think it’s assuming 2k Sports will get the legends “right”. While most sports games have legends in their games, these all-time virtual models are little […]

My thoughts on the Wii (now pun free!)

Oh boy! My first blog entry in response to another blog entry. After reading Sport73’s entry from yesterday I can’t help but feel compelled to share my feelings on the same topic. I have nothing but respect for Sport73 but in this case I think he missed the mark, and by a […]

Wii are getting bored…

OK. I admit it. I got caught up in the hype of the Wii’s revolutionary controls and secured my launch day system. I lavished praise upon the Wii for its cute, intuitive interface, motion-sensitive controls and family-fun factor. I predicted a long and fruitful future for the console, and expected it […]
